1) In accordance with Hayward Municipal Code Section 2-13.02(c), the contribution limit for 2020 per individual is $1,524.
2) Law requires we ask for your employer and occupation. If you don't have an employer or are retired, put N/A, and if you are self-employed put "self-employed" in employer and describe your occupation.
3) Contributions are not tax deductible.
